What should I do to make a return?

Verozi’s top priority is to satisfy all its customers.

You may return unused and unworn items up to 30 days after their receipt. Verozi offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return, for all the pincodes covered by our logistic partners. In case of non-serviceable pincodes, simply return the jewelry to our warehouse using a nearby local courier partner. Return shipping charges of Rs 80 will be reimbursed with the total refund amount of items.

Can I exchange my purchase?

Exchanging the returned products is not possible. Items can be returned as per the return policy. Please place a new order for the correct item you need.

 

I have received the wrong product, what can I do?

To exchange this for the correct product, we advise you to get in touch with our customer service through our ‘’Returns center’’.

 

How much time do returns take to be processed?

Once we receive the return package and verifies it, the refund process may take up to 3-7 business days.
